Golan Off-Markets is a private, invite-only workspace operated by the Golan Team for sharing confidential off-market real estate listings with invited teammates, brokers, and buyers. There is no public signup and no advertising.
What we collect
Your name and email address (used to sign you in and to scope what you can see), and basic activity inside the workspace such as which listings you view or mark interest in. Signing in with Google shares only your email address and basic profile with us; we never see your password and we request no other Google data.
How we use it
To operate the workspace: authenticating you, showing you the listings you were invited to see, and letting the Golan Team follow up when you express interest in a property. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it outside the Golan Team and the service providers that host this application.
Storage
Data is stored with our hosting providers (Vercel and Supabase) in the United States and protected by access controls; confidential listing details are restricted at the database level to the Golan Team.
Your choices
To correct or remove your information, or to close your access, email the Golan Team at gt@compass.com and we will take care of it.
